Job Description
To provide HR general administrative support to ensure effective service delivery to the business.

Recruitment:

Publish adverts on the internal recruitment system
Provide response handling services
Conduct screening of CVโ€™s and send shortlist to the relevant hiring manager
Provide logistical arrangements for the interviews
Prepare contracts and offer letters for prospective candidates

HR Administration:

On-boarding of new employees
Uploading of new employees on the HR system
Exit management (prepare termination pack, conduct exit interviews)
Management of HR registry (personnel files)
Conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity
Management of HR Shared Folder
Management of fixed term contracts
Keep accurate staff movement records and update the payroll system accordingly

Training:

Capturing of IDPs
Ensure employees have appropriate access and accurate information available in relation to training and development events.
Provide logistical arrangements for all training interventions
Assist employees with e-Study system access and navigation
Capturing of data on ISMS

Performance Management:

Assist employees with objective settings on the system
Provide assistance during mid-year and final reviews
Provide assistance with increase and bonus schedules

Other Administrative Tasks:

Provide employee self-service (ESS) and manager self-service (MSS) system assistance
Leave Management: Monthly control checks performed
Submit UIF records to the Unemployment Insurance Fund
MIS function for HR reporting for internal use


Qualifications and Experience
Matric (Grade 12)
Post matric HR/related qualification an advantage
2-3 years experience in an HR Administration role performing full HR value-chain administrative tasks.
Computer Literacy


Skills and Personal Attributes
Understanding of all legislative acts such as BCEA, and Labour Relations Act
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation
Ability to work as part of a team but also independently
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Deadline driven & ability to work under pressure
High integrity and confidentiality
Good planning and organizing skills
Maturity in this role is key
