VACANCY: HR Administrator
An exciting opportunity exists at a dynamic, tech-based company. The incumbent will be responsible for providing an administrative support service relating all Human Resource related functions.
Job Description Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 + National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Min. 2 year HR experience
Must be able to speak English (Zulu would be beneficial)
Basic knowledge of relevant legislative regulations (BCEA, LRA, OHSA, SDA, OIDA, EEA)
Basic knowledge of Human Resources Practices, Policies and Procedures
Computer literate
Candidate must be task orientated, highly compliant and organised
Roles and Responsibilities·
HR Administration· Leave management· Recruitment, Selection, Induction and Probation· Employment contracts· Legislative compliance· Terminations· Capturing of job profiles and Performance Scorecards and maintaining a performance appraisal calendar· Assist with drafting of warning letters, keeping discipline schedules up to date, filing warnings, preparing bundles of documents· Ad Hoc HR Related duties
