Our client is looking for a talented professional to complement their team, in the form of a Human Resources Manager in the Engineering field. Dependant on the successful candidate’s experience and competence, the position would typically perform the role of 2IC in the department reporting to the HR Executive.


The HR Manager is primarily responsible for the execution and management of:

HR Administration (including leave management) and Benefits
HR reporting and analytics,
HRIS and automation thereof
HR procedures and policies, including standardization and improvement thereof

Secondary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Annual remuneration reviews
Performance reviews
Development and implementation of best practice HR policies and procedures
Implementation of other HR related projects
Provide guidance to stakeholders on employee relations matters
Mentoring and coaching of the team
Culture initiatives

Minimum 8 - 10 years’ experience in Human Resources
HR related Degree is essential
In depth knowledge and experience with HR information systems and the implementation thereof.
SAGE expert/Superuser is preferred
Detail orientated
Exceptional planning and organising skills
Good communication skills
Strong analytical and numerical ability
Sound knowledge of all relevant labour legislation and practices
