A manufacturing concern in Cape Town is looking for a Hospitality Manager in the Elsies River area. This position reports to the CEO
Responsible for managing and leading a Sales team dedicated to servicing the needs of their Regional Hospitality client base
Attain and exceed Hospitality sales budget and strategy
Acquire a thorough understanding of key client needs and requirements
Planan integral part in generatering new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Prepare and control sales budget,expense budgets and sales admnistration
Produce regular progress reports and budget forecasts
Acquire thorough product knowledge
Matric
Degree Business, Sales and Marketing is advantageous
Experience in managing major national accounts at Head Office level
Negotiation skills;presentation skills and strong written and oral communication
Strong Admin skills
Meticuluos attention to detail esential

CRM knowledge advantageous
Ability to perform under pressure
Service Driven
Experience in people management
