We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands on recently qualified horticulturist to maintain and further develop our garden, vegetable patch, vineyard and olive grove.

Responsibilities include:

Hands on year-round maintenance
Organic weeding and pest control
Propagation, greenhouse and nursery bed management
Overseeing Contractors
Garden machinery maintenance
Pumphouse and water purification system maintenance
Overseeing small team of gardeners and seasonal staff
Essential

Suitable qualification
Drivers licence
Excellent horticultural and plant knowledge
Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
Ability and desire to work outdoors in all weathers and to engage in physically demanding work.
Flexible approach to work, being able to help out where necessary
