We have several health shops in Cape Town, Pretoria and Johannesburg.

As we look to expand our business, we need professional Health Consultants within our stores who can promote health and well-being amongst our customers. Within this position, your role will be key in advising, consulting and providing excellent customer service, which lives up to the core values of our brand. Being highly experienced in this field and/or qualified in Health Sciences E.g. Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Phytotherapy, or similar - it is essential for you to be able to proactively assess the needs of your customers and use your qualified / experienced knowledge to provide accurate health advice, whilst building professional, caring and long-lasting relationships with your customer base.

We want someone who is passionate about their health profession and therefore keen on regular self-development, with the ability to easily pick up new learnings. Someone who has the drive/motivation for Sales, is highly personable - with a customer-focused approach and will always personify the Wellness Warehouse Brand. You must have a genuine interest in leading a healthy lifestyle.

We are currently recruiting for permanent, fixed-term and flexi positions. You must be available to work shifts that cover Retail working hours, including weekends.

Market related salary plus benefits on offer.

Main Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Consulting with customers on the floor to assist them in finding the best health products for their needs
Performing a sales function and providing excellent product knowledge to drive sales

Assisting with merchandising, stock management, housekeeping and other on the job tasks as and where required
May be required to act as second in control of store when management is not available
Various other duties as and when reasonably required
Minimum Requirements:

Relevant Qualification in one of the following:

BSC Complimentary Health Sciences (BCM)
BSC Complimentary Medicine BCM (CMA)
BSC Complimentary Medicine BCM (NAT)
BSC Complimentary Medicine BCM (PHYTO)
BSC Complimentary Medicine BCM (TIBB)
BSC (hons) Nutritional Science
OR

5+ years’ experience in Sales, preferably within the Wellness industry and
Completed formal supplier training in Metagenics and/or Solgar
