Job Description
HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER with SAMTRAC

- Knowledge of SHE initiatives and programs which are consistent to legislated requirements relating to construction

- Computer literate (MS Word & Outlook)

- 2 years’ minimum experience

- Valid driver’s license and own transport

- Mobile Phone

- SAMTRAC certification

- Computer literate

Skills:

- Ability to monitor occupational health and safety standards

- Attend to all OHS requirements to all parties on site including the appropriate PPE

- Keeping the SHE file updated

- Well-developed English language skills (speak, read and write)

Competencies:

- Confidence

- Ability to work well with Senior Contract Manager on site

- Information gathering and problem analysis

- Presenting and communicating information

R10 000- R15 000 PER MONTH
