Graphic Designer | Web & App UI/UX experience | Remote Position

This job is a remote position, you can work from home and do not need to live in any specific city or region.

We are a dynamic portfolio company with several startups and existing projects under our management. We're in need of an additional designer, this may be project based though we are also open to full-time positions depending your skill sets.

We are a distributed team of professionals who all work remotely from various continents and countries. Working with us you will have a lot of room to grow, learn new skills and be part of some big projects.

Your primary responsibilities include:

Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software
Testing graphics across various media
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphics

Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
Requirements

Proven graphic designing experience
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop)
At least 3 years experience with web design and app design. UI/UX required.
Experience creating animated graphics is a plus.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
Note: We strongly prefer that you have a mac, as our current designs are all done in Sketch.
