Key responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain Management Unit
Assist in the implementation of projects covered in the project plan for the 12 month period
Conduct research on comparative acquisition management approaches with the aim of improving this process
Conduct market research on the sectors covered in the demand management plan to assist the CTICC in obtaining value for money
Ad-Hoc Duties as and when required
Minimum qualifications and experience:
B Com. Degree in Finance or equivalent - NQF Level 7 is required
Demonstrated ability to function under work and time pressure
Self-discipline, sound interpersonal relations regarding clients and colleagues, punctual and sound health
Must be able to collate, update and maintain information necessitating the application of interpretative skills and understanding general clerical procedures
Communication and Writing Skill must be exceptional, both written and verbal. Engagement at all levels would be required
Good attention to detail
The main purpose: is to provide exposure to the various areas covered in Supply Chain, namely: Demand Management, Acquisition Management, Logistics Management and Disposal Management whilst adding value to administration and providing administrative support to the Supply Chain Management Unit.
