Proudly made in South Africa, our products have been sold over 2 million times worldwide in 11 countries.SONNENGLASÂ® team is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE based in South Africa who is excited to join a small team to solve problems bigger than ourselves. Our product is manufactured according to FAIR TRADE standards in Johannesburg employing over 60 workers from the townships of Soweto and Alexandra.You will work closely and collaboratively with teammates spread across the globe. Your main responsibility will be to strengthen and enrich the relationship that people have with their SONNENGLASÂ® products. Because our products are sold online and through our retail partners, our customer service team is the only real touch point between our customer and SONNENGLASÂ®. Every conversation you have with our customer -- email, call, chat, or any other forms of online communications -- will be an integral part of our customer experience.Job type: Full-time or Part-timeYou will be responsible for:Responding to inquiries and requests about our products and services received through email, chat, or phone as the human connection to SONNENGLASÂ®. More specifically, answering questions about our products, processing orders, quotes, product replacement or return requests, managing payments, and arranging deliveries.Building strong relationships with our customers by actively seeking to understand our their needs and at all times striving to deliver a value adding service to every customer.Syncing with SONNENGLASÂ® global team on a daily basis to share information and generate solutions to problems.Making suggestions to improve and enrich our customer experience. Since you will have the first-hand experience of our customersâ€™ reactions and feedback, your suggestions will be our source of growth. We highly value people who can constantly make constructive suggestions to improve ourselves.Any other tasks as required in order to offer excellent results as a team, including but not limited to back office tasks and administrative works.Requirements:ExperienceBachelorâ€™s degree.Minimum of 2 years of work experience.Experience in the related field. * MindsetStart-up mindset.
