MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Maintenance workers, also known as repairs workers, buildings.
Tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring, dry wall, partitioning, tiling and repairs.
Strong organizational and follow up skills.
Professional presentation and attitude.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

1.Skilled in use of hand and power tools.
2.Experience in performing routine maintenance.
3.An eye for detail, strong time management skills.

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

1.Matric certificate
2.Data capturing
3.Previous experience working in administration a plus.
4.Good computer literacy is essential especially in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
