Ability to work on your own initiative, prioritise and complete tasks
The key roles and responsibilities are as follows:
Complex diary management
Arrange domestic and international travel bookings, itineraries and accommodation
Monitor and promptly respond to emails/calls/correspondence
Open and distribute all post
Manage and distribute petty cash Book boardrooms (accurately schedule and maintain the boardroom diary)
Order stationary and supplies
