Our client gas a fantastic new opportunity available for a General Administration Officer
Key responsibilities:
Implementing and maintaining an efficient filing system
Acting as the first point of call for post and courier deliveries
Database inputting and updating e.g. amending client and employee contact details
Processing invoices and expense claims daily
Monitoring the stationery stock and ordering more when necessary
Occasional diary and travel management
Organising and booking meetings and setting up board rooms
Scanning, filing and photocopying, when necessary, all company documents
Essential requirements:
Matric Certification
Proven experience in a similar administrative position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competent with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Outlook
Personality profile:
Excellent time-management and prioritisation skills
Deadline-driven
Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks
Ability to use your initiative and work alone
Extremely organised
Punctual and reliable
Remuneration and Benefits:
