Acrobranch Adventure Park, the market leader in Tree-top Adventures is looking for a passionate Customer Service Consultant who will be responsible for handling customerβs queries and resolving matters either by telephone and/or e-mail.
The acrobranch main market consists of Corporate Team buildings & Year End Functions, followed by School excursions, Birthday parties, Family outings, and other events. The environment you will be working in is fast-past, productive and dynamic.
Key Performance Areas:
Process that involves their first contact with the guest, making accurate bookings, following up on queries/payments, recordings of payments/client details and final confirmations.
Efficient & accurate in their dealings with our customers.
Position that reports to the Customer Service Manager.
Proper induction and training will be provided.
Performance monitored on a monthly basis.
Qualifications:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Great multi-tasking β and organizational skills and will have to be able to handle pressure well.
Matric.
Previous experience in a similar environment.
Relevant tertiary qualification an advantage.
The role is based in Centurion at Acrobranch Head Quarters.
Working hours:
Monday β Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Weekends (Sat & Sun) β Every 2nd weekend, 9:00 am β 3:00 pm, as per shift schedule provided by the Customer Service Manager.
Starting Date: Immediately.
