FTC CREDITORS CONTROLLER

Minimum Requirements:

6 Months - 01 Year in a position as Creditors Controller
Experience in working a manufacturing environment required
Matric & Diploma or Relevant qualification
Position Description:

This position will be located at the plant in Northam Limpopo, and may be required to travel to the Head Office in Johannesburg for training and meetings (not a frequent requirement).
Flexible in terms of working hours in order to meet deadlines
Main Duties:

Process goods received vouchers for all orders matched to delivery documents

Accurate and timely capturing of invoices received
Ensure that all invoices received are in line with company policy
Ensure all invoices are promptly filed in the designated filing mechanisms
Ensure all creditor reconciliations are prepared and reviewed in a timely manner
Ensure that communication with internal and external stakeholders is clear, and on time
Ensure that accounts payable are recorded accurately and settled at the appropriate time
Build and maintain strategic relationships with supplier accounts departments, as well as internal stakeholders (procurement, production, and cash management)
Resolve stakeholder queries and complaints promptly and communicate accurate information as required
Salary Package:

R20,000 (maximum) plus Transport provided to and from work
