Qualifications:
Grade 12 and a related qualification
Experience:
Minimum three yearsβ experience in a frontline position relating to reception, customer care or a similar function.
Ideally should have technical competencies/aptitude around video conferencing and virtual meeting room set up, be able to assist as an initial source of technology setup. Having a general interest in the world of finance and investor relations would be a plus but is not a requirement.
Job summary:
Contributes towards the image of the company by setting the image and tone at the front desk.
Responsible for handling front office reception and related administration duties. Receives visitors to the organisation, determining their needs and directing them accordingly, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
Answers general queries and directs them to the relevant persons or department.
Working hours: 10amβ7pm
Primary responsibilities:
Brand ambassador
Answer phones and operate and route calls to specific people
Answer inquiries about company
Greet and direct visitors appropriately
Coordinates meetings and conference rooms, setting up of devices for presentations
Ensure reception area is always visitor ready
Take and relay messages
Update appointment calendars
Schedule follow-up appointments
Updating of company contact lists
