The Talent Team is seeking a Formal Sales Representative for our Rustenburg Bakery, servicing the North West territories. The “roll” will report directly into the Regional Sales Manager.

The purpose of this “roll” is to be responsible for ensuring that an efficient customer service is maintained in order to increase sales volumes and improve market share within the forecourt and chain store channel.

This position will be a “loaf” changing experience, apply if you want a “Slice” of the action!


Minimum Requirements
• Valid driver’s license
• Matric
• FMCG experience – food manufacturing would be advantageous
• Minimum 3 years FORMAL Sales experience


Duties & Responsibilities
• Achieving sales targets.
• Increasing sales volumes and market share.
• Developing new business opportunities.
• Co-ordinating and attending promotions.
• Compiling market surveys and sales reports.
• Handling customer complaints and queries.
• Building and maintaining sound relationships with key stakeholders in the Industry.
• Ensure sound administrative practices prevail.
• 3rd Party Merchandising Management
• Increase numeric distribution
