Job Details

Must have thorough knowledge of detailed finishing and ideally have worked in shopping malls and the likes having gained experience working with shopping centre management


Knowledge of tiling, ceiling work, painting, renovations and the likes are preferred.


You will be responsible for managing and supervising as well as coordinating numerous small teams of sub-contractors on multiple site. Sites are based throughout the Western Cape and you will ideally have youre your own transport and shall be given a petrol card or petrol allowance as you will be managing multiple sites from Cape Town through to the Garden route area.


Must be able to read and understand drawing specifications as well as ensure safety compliances are being adhered to

A minimum of 10 to 15 years building and renovation project experience is preferred.
