The purpose of this position is to supervise construction activities relevant to that particular trade, to ensure that projects / activities are coordinated and completed timeously to meet customer requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Grade 12
Trade Test Certificate in Electrical
Wireman’s License
Minimum 3 years’ experience in built-environment evidence of supervisory capacity an advantage

RECOMMENDATIONS

Relevant professional registration with an association would be an advantage
OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge

Technical (building methods, maintenance, construction carpentry, finishing carpentry and building finishes)
Construction Safety, National Building Regulations, OSH Act
Minimum 3 years’ experience in built-environment evidence of supervisory capacity an advantage
