Financial Administrator

About the Position

Responsibilities:

Perform reconciliations, process allocations and receipt payments
Debtors management including following up on outstanding / overdue accounts
Processing of tax returns after annual financial statements have been signed off
VAT reconciliations, processing, reporting and submission on e-filing
CIPC and tax clearance processing and payments of annual returns
Ad hoc projects
General administration and assistance as required
Requirements:

Post Matric financial qualification Certificate / Diploma or similar

Minimum of 3 years financial and reconcilation working experience
Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel (pivot tables) working experience
Pastel (Partner / Evolution) experience
Knowledge of general accounting principles
Understanding of SARS / VAT /Tax compliance
Knowledge of statutory returns and payments
