Our Client based in Paarl in the Farming industry is looking for a Finance/Office administrator.
Between the age of 47 and 60 years
MS Excel & Word.
SageOne experience not required but would be a plus (can be trained)
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Own reliable transport and valid drivers license
Duties will include but is not limited to:
Collection of incoming invoices, checking for compliance and preparation for payment run via EFT
Manage petty cash and cash book
Manage wages for casual workers (in conjunction with the Sanctuary Manager and Operations Manager)
Issue invoices (SageOne) and control transfers into bank.
Reconciliation of monthly books
Reconciliation of credit cards statements and receipts
Preparation and delivery of monthly accounts (cash, credit cards, bank transfers, income, salaries) for accountant
Notify accountant monthly re salaries and distribute salary slips
Control given budgets
Control incoming payments of Nightsbridge booking system and direct accommodation bookings
Debtor and Creditor supervision (incl. loans to staff) in Excel.
Manage incoming emails
Coordinated and centralized procurement of food and office supplies.
Administration for vehicles including upkeep of registration and booking of general services and maintenance. Liaise with staff regarding booked service.
General administration of maintenance and service of household goods (repairs and warranties etc.)
General administration incl. correct filing of administrative documents (hard and soft copies)
Administration of keys including End of Day check (incl. vehicle keys at 5pm)
