Introduction
Agrinet is a supplier of an extensive range of branded products and related services to the agricultural, hardware, irrigation as well as the industrial sector in Africa. The primary focus is the continued optimisation of the value chain, which stretches from the manufacturer to the retailer and the direct involvement in the improvement of retail shops in Agrinet’s supply chain.

Specification
Providing telephonic support and assisting with any queries and ensuring that the query is resolved by liaising with the relevant department/stakeholders.

Performing telesales of general hardware products which includes giving feedback to internal and external clients; and drawing up quotations on the system (Embrace).
Acting as a source of information for Agrinet's product range.
Converting calls into sales and processing of data.
Reaching monthly sales targets through telesales.
Performing telephonic marketing initiatives to promote Agrinet's product ranges, for example the running of sales campaigns.
Handling own administration and documentation.
Liaising with customers regarding Agrinet's range of products.
Giving feedback to customers on the availability of stock.
Handling SADC certification, BV inspections, buy-outs, export claims and dealing with transport companies.


Requirements
Grade 12.
Six months or more sales experience, or recent retail experience.
3 years' telesales and customer support experience which includes two years general hardware and irrigation experience.
Valid driver's licence.
