Position Overview:

Our client is on the lookout for an Executive: Infrastructure Management. You will be responsible to formulate and position the Corporate Real Estate Infrastructure Management Strategy value chain, operating model and framework in a broadly defined organisational strategy and related functional strategy, by overseeing the overall development, construction, installation and maintenance of building infrastructure and equipment for the entire real estate/property portfolio of clients, to position and enable horizontal alignment, implementation and adoption

Experience, Qualification and Skills required:



Degree (NQF 8) in Engineering / Facilities Management / Construction Management / Built Environment
Minimum of 12 – 15 years’ experience in the Real Estate Management, Facility Management and Construction Management industry or built environment and at least 8 years in senior managerial role leading a team of built environment professionals
MBA/ MBL Qualification will be an added advantage

In Engineering Practice as a Mechanical, Electrical, Structural or Civil Engineer; Built Environment Profession
ECSA PR Registration number required or other relevant professional registration
Government certificate of competency as an engineer
Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control Training (HIRAC)
Management of complex infrastructure development and construction projects from inception to full life circle
Environment and Sustainability Management
Agile workspaces
