An exceptional Fine Dining Restaurant situated in Johannesburg is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Executive Chef to lead their 5 star Kitchen.
Responsibilities:

The Executive Chef will be managing the entire kitchen
Needs to have strong management skills
Needs to be able to work alone as well as part of a team
Needs to be creative and be able to put dishes together
Needs to be able to do stock take
Recipe development is a must
Must be neat and tidy both in physical appearance and in the workplace
Must be able to work with and train students in an efficient way
Need to have a fine dining background
Minimum requirements:

Diploma in Chef
Fine Dining Background
Salary R20 000 - R30 000 Per month
