We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our team. The ideal person should have strong communication skills, presentable look and strong negotiation skills. They should be motivated, ambitious and self-driven individuals. You need to be energetic, ambitious and committed.

Specifically Agents who will take charge of the entire Letting and Sales process from start to finish, this includes: Canvassing/Cold calling for Rental or Sale Properties, Listing of Stock, Buyer/Tenant qualification, signing of all Documentation.

Job Description:

Sourcing information about a property and accepting mandate from client.
Visiting Owners to discuss their property and its unique features
Property valuation/ leasing description.
Marketing and promoting Properties for Sale or Rental on all property portals(administrators)
Representing Clients in negotiation with prospective Buyers/Tenants
Assisting Buyers/Tenants to make their decision.

Making sure that the price is acceptable to both Buyer and Seller.
Signing all documentation for sale/ leasing
Inspecting and assessing condition of property
Maintaining client relationship during and after sale/ lease conclusion
Keeping up to date with trends in the local Residential Property market. Etc
Experience Required
Matric / Grade 12
Own reliable car and driver’s license
Laptop
Experience in the Property or Sales industry is beneficial.
NQF-4 (Fidelity Funds Certificate)
Commission Structure:

We offer full training and a 50/50 commission split. This is a commission-based position. What you put in you get out.

Commission Potential at +/-R10.000-R100.000 per month
