TFG Financial Services is in need of a dynamic, brand ambassador and product expert to assist and support our Customers in their online transactions of our TFG products.


Main objectives of the position include:

To be familiar with all aspects of the job which includes system applications, online
navigation, product knowledge, company rules, credit and ecommerce policies and account information

To action all requests from customers accurately and update/record customers’ details accordingly
To ensure the selling/promotion/up-selling of required products to customers
To meet the set standards of productivity and quality in the department in order to achieve set KPIs
Proactively engaging with customers regarding complaints to protect the image of the brands and company
To maintain the integrity of the The Foschini Group’s image when dealing with all customers

To apply for this position you will need:

Matric
Call Centre diploma or equivalent (advantageous)
2-3 Years Call Centre experience
Retail experience (advantageous)

Job related knowledge & skills

Microsoft Office
Advanced communication skills (written and telephonic)
Typing skills (30 words per minute)
Sales skills
Customer relation management skills
Creative, innovative and resourceful thinking
Comfortable navigating online

Qualifying Criteria:

No active discipline on file
Average rating of 3 on your last PDD
