Job Summary:

A MobeeWash Drivers position requires a responsible, committed and hardworking individual with a passion for people. Attention to detail, leadership and driven to deliver excellence and quality, consistently is a key requirement. The Driver will oversee 2 – 3 team members at any time and is responsible for mentoring team members and ensuring that training is completed by directing and developing the team according to our company culture and best practices. The Driver is responsible for managing online bookings, collecting cash payments, growing sales through coaching and ensuring excellent customer service and optimal efficiency in your team’s output. Working hours will include weekends. You will report directly to the Operations Director.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Understanding the full MobeeWash platform and offering which includes the Partner App, Client App, Wash Bay Management, products and cleaning techniques. Training will be provided
Responsible and accountable for driving and maintaining a company vehicle:
Ensure that the vehicle is kept clean and in good condition at all times
Refuelling with correct fuel timeously and with the least impact on operations
You are expected to respect the vehicle mechanically as if it were your own and immediately report any defect, either cosmetic or mechanical to the Operations Director.
The vehicle is equipped with a satellite tracking device and all movements are recorded. The vehicle is to be used strictly for business and no private travel is allowed.
Any traffic speeding fines or other fines resulting from negligence will be for your personal account and deducted from your earnings in the month that they are incurred and could result in disciplinary proceedings against you.
The vehicle has fully comprehensive insurance and an excess is applicable should the vehicle be damaged in an accident. You will be held personally responsible for the excess if you are proven to be negligent or at fault in any accidental damage. Any change to this policy will be at the sole discretion of management on consideration of the facts.

The vehicle is equipped with all items required to be fully operational and able to deliver a complete car cleaning service to MobeeWash clients. This includes a cell phone loaded with the MobeeWash Partner App to facilitate receipt of bookings and interaction with the client base
Supervision of a team of one, two or three cleaners or as is deemed appropriate for the anticipated workload. Key requirements:
We expect that you cultivate a positive and professional culture and treat your team members with respect at all times while assisting and encouraging them in carrying out their duties. Any personnel and personal issues that you believe may impact the effective performance of the team must be reported to the Operations Director immediately.
Ensure the team uniform is tidy and consistent
Ensure team are trained in the waterless washing technique as well as the MobeeWash platform.
All members are punctual and professional
Managing online bookings, ensuring a healthy acceptance rate and meeting or exceeding key performance metrics to maximise sales
Schedule Team Members to ensure sufficient coverage that meets the needs of the business and Team Members
Conduct yourself in a manner that befits the company image and brand at all times. Courtesy, politeness and punctuality are not negotiable.
You will be required to engage with clients, encourage the purchase of add on products and promote the MobeeWash brand at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid South African Driver’s License
Attention to detail and accuracy essential
Good Communication skills
Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts;
A motivated, self-driven individual able to perform well with minimum supervision
Pass background check
