Minimum requirements for the role:
Tertiary qualification in life sciences or a related degree or extensive experience having worked within the life sciences or related industries is essential.
Previous experience having managed distributors is preferred but not essential.
Previous sales management experience having managed a sales team is essential, ideally within the molecular or IVD or related industries is essential.
Previous channel management experience is preferred.
The successful candidate should be a visionary and team-oriented leader with solid presence, strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to drive a successful sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Managing and growing the sales team and its customers in the region, promoting and focusing on strategic innovation of the latest bid technology solutions into the market.
Managing and overseeing all growth strategies in partnership with the sales team, distribution managers, distributors, etc within the organisation.
Managing and overseeing various business strategies on all specialised products within the markets to achieve revenue targets.
Developing and executing comprehensive plans and programs to support sales of products and revenue objectives both in the short and long-term.
Maintaining a focus on key accounts and key opinion leaders.
Showcase the specialised portfolio of products in conjunction with the commercial organisation as well as its distributors.
Salary package is negotiable based on level of experience gained.
