POSITION TITLE: Dispatch Clerk

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Receiving and dispatching of stock

- Planning drivers trips - local and long distance

- Liaise with sales/orders for urgent deliveries/collections.

- Ensure stock is checked/counted before receiving/dispatching

- Monthly stock take

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Grade 12
- Previous experience in medical field - (advantage)
- Minimum three years’ relevant experience
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Able to work after working hours and weekends when required.

- Honest
