Plan and execute robust sales strategies to grow MPI across all segments. By leveraging on and consulting sales tools. Managing of property's reactive and proactive sellers. Set targets for team and support and mentor in achieving targets set

Main Functions:

Managing of property's reactive and proactive sellers. Set targets for team and support and mentor in achieving targets set. Address performance issues inline with company HR procedures
Plan and execute robust sales strategies to grow MPI across all segments. By leveraging on and consulting sales tools such as STR, Hotelidgence reports and relevant industry related statistics
Support participation of key account deployment from local GSO / Area / Regional sales teams
Support and executive global account strategies on property level and report performance
Formulate and present on weekly / monthly / yearly sales efforts, strategies and figures to hotel executive team / area and or regional sales teams
Monitor, manage and present on sales and marketing departmental expenditure and ensure expenses are managed in line with hotel GOP objectives
Plan, executive and monitor marketing tactical campaigns to drive top line revenue
Assist and support hotel general manager with PR crisis management
Support Area digital field marketing teams with updates on property strategies and changes necessary on local property site
Maintain strong partnership relations with local tourism authorities to ensure accurate representation of national tourism destination marketing plan.
Minimum Requirements:

Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management, Sales, and Revenue & Commerce experience an asset
Experience in MARSHA; ONE-YIELD; MarRFP & Travelclick (Hotelidgenge) will be an added advantage
Must have experience in Report analysis
Must have project management experience
Must have experience in sales technique
Candidate must have a minimum of 4 years Sales, Marketing & Catering leadership experience
Great Organizational skills, must be results oriented with ability to be flexible
Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
Energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated
Financial aptitude, proven budgeting, forecasting experience is essential
Team player with inspirational leadership
Thorough knowledge of Social Media and E marketing channels
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
