Debtors Clerk required in Commercial Property Leasing Company

Requirements:

Must have +3 consecutive years’ experience in Pastel Partner;
Vast experience in reconciliation of accounts;
Vast experience in excel (beneficial - formulaes);
Will be required to deal with tenant queries regarding accounts and collections;
Will be required attend to invoicing +1500 tenants;
Will be required to work alongside and report to Senior Property Accounts Manager;
Must have excellent telephone and e-mail etiquette;
Must be able be able to cope with high pressure environment;
Must be goal orientated and driven, self-disciplined, respectful, and resilient;
Must be willing to work long hours to get the work done.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R8,000.00 to R10,000.00 /month
