A new opportunity has just become available in our Hollard Life: New Business Administration. We are looking to recruit a Data Capturer.


Responsibilities

The key outputs required for the core function of Data Capturer:

Capture and verify application accurately with a minimal error rate

Ensure the on-boarding of all applications received by Hollard Life

Adherence and understanding of the process control and Service levels agreements

Contribute constructively to the work environment

Performance driven and have the ability to work well under pressure

To be a team player and take responsibility for own development initiatives

General Office administration



Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills

1 -2 years’ experience preferably within a New Business environment in the Life Insurance Industry

Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel etc)

Display a working knowledge of the Hollard Life product range and all other products that we administer and of my team

Exceptional planning and attention to detail

Time management skills



Educational Requirements:

Matric a prerequisite
