CUSTOMER SERVICES

Customer Services position available in the Randburg area. Must have own vehicle. At least 4 years call centre experience is needed. Must have a Grade 12 and be fluent in English. Exp in statistical analysis and reporting in relation to the call centre.Disabled candidates are also welcome to apply.

Duties will include:

Generate relevant reports on Excel
To make sure that incentive reports are understood and queries to be resolved within 72 hours
Attend field visists bi - yearly and give training if necessary
To give best service to customers and distributors
Attend daily meetings with the Line Manager etc..
