Assisting and logging of customer queries
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Strong sales, analytical, organisational, communication and people skills required
Detail orientated
Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment
Energetic and sales driven
Grade 12
Minimum experience of two years in a customer service environment
