Providing excellent customer service while building customer relations. Liaise effectively with all departments within the company to ensure customer requirements are met.
Expectations
Identify opportunities: produce high quality leads, attending trade shows
Develop creative pitches and propositions
Placing of orders and following up with regards to any special requests
Assisting and logging of customer queries
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Detail orientated
Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment
Energetic and sales driven
Grade 12
Minimum experience of 2 years in a customer service environment
Bilingual: English and Afrikaans.
