Customer Service Clerk-Freightmore

Minimum Requirements:

2years freight Industry experience in a similar role.
Sound knowledge of routes and areas in Johannesburg and surrounds.
Administration and organisational skills
Problem solving
Reliable and trustworthy
Must be a team player and adapt to change easily
Freightware proficient is advantageous
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills (Proficient in English & Afrikaans)
Fully computer literate
Previous customer service experience
Key Performance Areas:

Liaising with customers regarding queries.
Liaising with management with regards to customer queries.
Resolving customer queries.
Assist communicate with drivers re: collections and deliveries
Assisting the collections clerk
Assisting with debriefing when drivers return to depot
Assisting with debriefing drivers telephonically.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R10,000.00 to R11,000.00 /month

Experience:

Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
