Hiring a Customer Service Associate to assist our customers with product inquiries in a swift, proficient and friendly manner.
Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries.
Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of product and to develop customer service skills.
Identifying customer needs.
Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
Processing and logging incoming calls into CRM system.
Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
Providing outstanding customer service.
Customer Service Associate Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
Experience with CRM preferred.
Proficient computer skills.
Proficient with MS Office suites.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent phone etiquette.
