The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Managing the full customer and supplier function from beginning to the end.
Processing of debtors, creditors and stock on Pastel Partner
Handling of all logistics- Domestic and international
Compiling Detailed Monthly Reports on Excel
Office administration
The successful candidate must be:
Disciplined, focused and well- organised
Display strong decision-making qualities to get the task on hand done
Able to function independently and work in a team
Able to work in a highly pressurised environment
Diligent and consistent
Positive, energetic and task driven

Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
Experience, Qualification and Skills :
at least 3 years of experience in the following:
Pastel in Debtors, Creditors and Stock
Logistics- Imports and exports
Logistics- Domestic deliveries
Worked in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment
Customer relationships management
Excel – must be able to create tables with formulas for data analysis
Contactable references
Minimum of a matric certificate
Excellent communication and report writing skills
