Evolve Property Solutions is looking for a Customer Centric Individual to join their expanding team. This individual will oversee the day to day operations of their Short-term Rental Property Division. The successful applicant needs to be an energetic person with great communicative skills. This position would also suit a very detail orientated person who likes to deal directly with clients and has a passion for excellent customer service.

If you are in possession of a matric certificate or are either currently studying to complete a tertiary degree or diploma, or already have completed a degree from a tertiary institution and you possess the following Skills Set and Attributes, we would like to hear from you.

Good Spoken and Written Communication in English

Strong Emphasis on customer relations
IT Literate
Good Organizational Skills
A People Person
Management Skills
A Drivers License and Vehicle
Some of the tasks that you will be required to complete are:

Communicating directly with clients
Resolving any guest related disputes
Producing monthly reports to be sent to our clients
Responding to reviews on various online platforms
Conducting monthly inspections of our properties
Monitoring the performance of our property portfolio
Exposure to property management and a qualification in hospitality or tourism would be an advantage. However, the key criteria for us is finding a person with the right attitude and mentality. A person who has a passion to deliver excellent customer service.
