Customer Helpdesk/Queries Clerk

Articulate, experienced helpdesk administrator required.
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm
Responsibilities/daily duties:
Assist the help desk team with general administration duties, customer relations and database entry work
Assist with reporting and filing information and maintaining the general database
Ensure the large and increasing volume of queries and requests for support are captured and directed to the correct team/consultant
Log all actions on the system liaise with consultants to receive ETAs for calls/call outs
The successful candidate will ideally have demonstrable experience within a similar role.
In addition, you will possess the following skills:
Matric certificat.
This will be a very hands-on customer facing position, therefore our candidate must possess enthusiasm, drive, and a committed approach to the role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to deal with conflict situations in a calm, considered manner.
A positive, confident and decisive approach.
Ability to work in a varied and sometime pressurised environment.
Ability to work equally well alone or in a team.
