Experience in Customer Experience & Administration industry.
MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) at Intermediate level.
Bilingual (English plus another)
Management of all Teljoy Social Media platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, Hello Peter, Twitter, SMS’s, Live Chat, Google Reviews and Smoke Survey. Documentation and analysis of all client communication that comes through via our Social Media platforms. Customer liaising with regards to general queries and complaints.

Relevant tertiary qualification will be given first preference
