A well-established brand with a global strategy, that prides itself on making people’s lives easier through frontier technology that creates enabling opportunities is looking for a Creditors Clerk to allocate, capture reconcile and submit supplier statements for payment on timely basis to enable the team to meet reporting deadlines.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
2-3 years experience in similar role
2-3 years experience in Sage Accpac
Knowledge of MS Excel Intermediate
Skills:

Attention to detail
Accuracy
Contributing to Team Success
Deadline Driven

Information Monitoring
Follow-up
Knowledge of MS Excel Intermediate
Ability to work overtime when required
Responsibilities:

Prepare purchase orders and capture supplier invoices with accurate account code allocations.
Reconcile creditors monthly statements
Submit invoices for payment
Liaise with creditors for the timely resolution of queries
Enforce company policies and limits
Complete credit applications
Other adhoc tasks
Raising of accruals and subsequent management where required.

Experience:
