Credit Controller - Retail Customers-Cape Cookies

Job Responsibilities:

Telephonic collections
Processing of Bank payments on a daily basis
Claims management / obtain authorisation for credit / follow up on claims daily / investigate
Monthly statements
Provide timely and accurate forecasts for Account receivable
Detailed reconciliations
Weekly debtors book reviews
Filing pod’s daily
Promotions / Discount deductions off Remittance
Process credit notes daily and accurately
General administration
Requirements:

5-10 years' Experience working on Shoprite, Ok Foods, Makro & Game Portal - Not Negotiable
Advanced Excel - will be tested
Disciplined Approach – Able to work in a disciplined and deadline driven environment.
Punctual, Strong Attendance Record
Efficiency – Meet and Exceed all that is required of you in your job function and perform the job at a high standard.
Job Type: Contract

Salary: R10,000.00 to R12,000.00 /month

Experience:

Advanced Excel: 2 years (Required)
working on Shoprite, Game, Makro & OK Foods: 5 years (Required)
