Duties and Responsibilities

Process applications
Log connectivity service calls
Update connectivity application spread sheet
Log calls to install connectivity
Collate connectivity commission deals
Update connectivity call out sheet
Arrange stock for connectivity
Deal with customer queries
Identifying correct fault diagnosis
Accurately load information on the OMD system
Data capturing
Processing quotations and invoices
Coordinate technicians
Document filing
Booking installations for technicians
Constant communication with the technicians
Liaise with suppliers, clients and management
Run day to day duties of the office
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
Work Experience and Skills:

Minimum 2 yearsโ€™ experience as a Service Administrator
Excellent customer management skills
Grade 12/Matric qualification
Strong in Microsoft word & excel
Must have OA/Telecoms industry experience
High standard of accuracy & proficiency
Telephone and email etiquette
Speed and accuracy in typing as calls are logged
Timeous handing of administrative duties & completion of work
Must be able to handle stress within a highly pressurized environment
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Good time management skills
