This role at a Professional Services/Academic environment has two direct reports namely the Receptionist and the Office Cleaner

Essentials for the role

A valid driver’s licence and driving experience as you will be required to drive the company car both long and short distances
Previous experience in Professional services (law, audit firm, consulting company or an Academic Institution)
Willing to work weekends
Duties:

Responsible for all printing of course packs and brochures and posters
Manage reception/switchboard and office cleaner
Manage maintenance on company car
Together with Landlord maintain the premises
Organise catering
Driving of company car for all deliveries and collections
Responsible for all deliveries and collections both physical and by courier and post
Maintain the Asset Register for Insurance purposes
Overall management of all exam venues in and around South Africa
Set up Awards and Graduation ceremonies and the Boardroom for seminars etc.
Selling and distribution of all text books
Opening and closing of the office when used on the weekend
