This role will be ideal for a candidate who can telephonically obtain a reasonable repayment and / or activation outcome on delinquent accounts prior to Outsource within the confines of the departmentβs Policy Framework.

A little about who you are
Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous
Minimum of 1 yearsβ experience within the Collections / Recovery industry in a Contact Centre environment
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
