A financial Management Company seeks experienced collections agents to start immediately.

We offer:

Basic Salary: R 4250.00
Attendance Bonus: R250.00
Achievable Monthly incentives
KPI-An increase to your basic salary every quarter
Qualifications & Experience :

Grade 12
A minimum of one year experience within the collections department
Ms Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)-Advanced Excel
Previous debt review experience will be advantageous

Customer service skills
Exceptional Telephone skills
Strong administration skills
Attributes :

Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
Working independently and as part of a team
Multi- tasking, fast learner
Strong Character
Ability to work under pressure
Duties:

Obtaining payment
Updating trackers
Stop order confirmation
Default clients and Collections of fees outstanding
Queries
Proposals
Escalations and Motivation for Debt Review
Work times:

Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00
Saturdays- 08:00 to 12:00
One Saturday off in a month
