We are looking for a qualified manager to run the front of our shop. Duties will include helping out staff during busy periods by assisting with customers. Administrative skills are required to complete stock takes, control wastage, ordering of stock, costing of menus, cash ups and managing staff. Hours will include working Monday-Friday 07:30-17:00, weekends off. (Occasional Function attendance after hours)

Qualifications

Relevant Hospitality, Food and/or Beverage qualification is essential.

Skills

Own transport,. At least 3 years' experience in relevant position is essential. Good organization skills. Good Stock Control skills. Great Customer Relations. Good knowledge of quality food and beverage service.

Salary / Package

R8000-R15000 Dependent on Experience
