Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Consultant in our Roodepoort Office. The Role of a Client Service Consultant is to provide fast and efficient services to the Affinity and Broker clients that will lead to client satisfaction, retention and financial growth for the company and to assist the team with managing existing Affinity business.
This position is the primary point of contact for clients and contributes to the client life cycle (renewals, endorsements and/or cancellations where applicable);
The CSC is the primary point of contact for clients and contributes to the client life cycle (renewals, endorsements and/or cancellations where applicable);
Applies company policies and procedures to deliver varied technical and professional activities and to resolve issues that are generally similar in nature;

Key Responsibilities
Work with Client Manager to ensure high quality, efficient and compliant delivery of all client servicing administrative/transactional activities;
Load unpaid policy information;
Make outbound telephone calls to retain clients;
Administration of ACB error reports;
Process refunds using electronic fund transfers;
Message Centre admin – taking and distribution of real time messages;
Adhoc loading of new business;

Preparation of renewal of policies and relevant debit / credit notes;
Processing of post claims notifications;
Involvement in adhoc projects and reports;
Adhere to the minimum Quality and Service Standards.

Minimum Requirements
A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferable.
Must be registered as a representative with the FSCA in terms of the FAIS Act.
Must be registered as a licenciate with the IISA (or studying towards).
Have a minimum of 1 - 3 years’ experience in a similar or related role.
Be dependable and respect confidentiality.
Have a high work ethic and must have the ability to function effectively under pressure.
Be a team player, have the ability to build good relationships, support and actively participate in, and contribute to any team initiatives.
Possesses advanced analytical, technical and problem-solving skills and abilities.
Be computer literate with advanced experience in MS Word & Excel.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Very good knowledge of Policy wordings.
