NB: Candidate must have a minimum N6 or Diploma or Degree qualification.
- Meet daily service delivery to customers as per set quality assurance guidelines.
- Maintain customers relationships by following quality assurance guidelines.
- Participate in coaching and development plans received from Supervisor.
- Ensure correct product information is communicated to the customers when dealing with inbound and outbound calls.
- Meet daily service level requirements in dealing with inbound and outbound calls.
- Meet daily turnaround times by ensuring customer requests are resolved.
- Record keeping of enquiries and changes made from inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis. Ensure all inbound calls are answered within agreed turnaround time.
- Check that customer requests are resolved by ensuring that external parties complete the enquiry or changes within the agreed turnaround time.
- Ensure that all written communication to customer meets the quality standard as agreed. Adherence to standard operating procedures.
